Being a recruiter in the IT Sector can be really challenging specially in the London market where candidates are receiving an overwhelming amount of job openings in a daily basis.

 I had the opportunity to experience both sides of the coin in the London market being IT Agent in a massive IT Agency and currently an In-house recruiter in a IT Multinational consultancy. 

Although at first glance the role tittle seems pretty similar an In-house Recruiter has to master a wide set of skills/capabilities to be successful in his/her daily tasks.
