Very encouraging to see continuing increases in female board levels across the financial sectors, it is thought that this has been a direct result in targeted hiring, however I also believe a further way to increase the number of experienced females that may benefit your organisation is to consider a 'returners programme' this will expose you to a number of highly skilled and experienced females looking to return to the workplace, not only will the company benefit from their experience more often than not they will also be a great addition to the team in mentoring your next generation of executives
